Please complete and submit this form to request your event be added to the church calendar.

Required: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Event Details: Provide your contact information, group affiliation, event details (title, date, time, location), and select the appropriate room(s). Use “Other” if your location isn’t listed.

Review: Lastly, review all entries before submitting.
