Calendar Approval Form


We are delighted you want to share information with the TVUUC Community and/or reserve space for your church program event. 


Please complete and submit this form to request your event be added to the church calendar or to request announcements or publication in any of our church communication channels. 

  • Required: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  • Event Details: Provide your contact information, group affiliation, event details (title, date, time, location), and select the appropriate room(s). Use “Other” if your location isn’t listed. 
  • Announcement Guidelines:
  • Event Purpose: Include announcements for Sunday service, Order of Service, and/or the newsletter, highlighting the event’s purpose and alignment with UU values.
  • Allowed Length: We have provided parameters for the length of announcements as word counts.  Submissions that are longer than the limit provided will be subject to modification.
  • Calendar Request: Any announcements about events taking place on the church grounds will also need to include calendar request information. 
  • Images/Videos: If you would like to, upload any relevant images or video links for promotion.
  • Review: Lastly, review all entries before submitting.


Reminder: All announcements need to be submitted by Monday at 4:30 PM in order to be included in that week's Newsletter, Sunday Worship Announcements, and Order of Service.
